About shipping

Shipping is only done to countries visible at checkout, which include all EU countries and a selected number of other countries. If your country is not featured in the list in the cashier, we currently do not ship to that destination. Shipping costs are always included in your shopping cart total.

We strive to keep all snus brands featured on Snus Direct in stock. If all of the products in your shopping cart are marked as 'In stock', then you will receive your order in one of the following ways:

UPS Standard (1-8 business days) - Our international courier, UPS, offers a fully trackable shipping service. Shipping time is usually 1–8 business days, counting from the day the package leaves our warehouse.

UPS Express Saver (1-2 business days) - The estimated delivery time with UPS Express Saver is 1-2 business days from the moment the package leaves our warehouse and all parcels are trackable using a reference number. This is the only shipping option to some addresses, this will be visible in the checkout and you can read more about which countries UPS Express Saver is used for in our article “Countries we ship to”.

PostNord with tracking (3-7 business days) - A trackable delivery option available to some countries, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after the package has been shipped.

Posti Pikakirje (3-7 business days) - Packages to Finland can be delivered using Posti and these parcels are estimated to be delivered 3-7 business days after the package is picked up by the courier. Posti offers a trackable service so you can track your order online.

DPD (2-3 business days) - Packages to Germany can be shipped with DPD which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after the package has been sent. The packages can be tracked online using a reference number.

Shipments to remote addresses may take longer and delivery may even fail, so we recommend using a pick-up point or an alternative address in such cases.

Additional information

Adult signature – An adult signature is usually not required upon delivery, however, it can depend on the courier's local protocol.

Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times, we will dispatch your order as soon as all items are ready for shipment.

Alternative Addresses - If you have noticed problems with deliveries, we recommend using an alternative address, such as a package Access Point. The same applies if it is impossible for you to be at home when the shipment arrives. When using an alternative address, such as a UPS Access point, you can pick up your package on your way home from work or during your lunch break.

Shipping to a Temporary Address – We strongly advise against ordering while on holiday, unless you are staying for at least two months after placing the order. There is always a risk of delay that is out of our control such as custom clearance or delays with postal service. We will not reship or refund orders that are sent to a temporary address.
