VELO Mint - Expert Review

Today, we’re going to talk about VELO Mint. As you may notice in the photo, the can says “LYFT Mint”. That’s because LYFT has been gradually being rebranded into VELO by BAT. Opening up the can, I notice a nice smell of spearmint. I’m more partial to spearmint myself, so it was nice to detect this aroma instead of peppermint. I find it to be smooth, and lightly sweet in nature. The pouches are slim, with a soft feel, and a moderate moisture amount. They have a nice mouth-feel, and a comfortable fit under the lip.

Being a mint product, I encounter a nice cooling sensation when I put one under the lip. It adds an extra freshness to the flavor profile. In the taste department, the spearmint flavor is pretty nice. It’s on the sweeter side, and quite refreshing. The spearmint taste is very smooth, and gentle.

In the strength, this one isn’t as strong as others in the LYFT/VELO series. I find it to deliver at the regular strength level, which for me is enjoyable because that’s my preferred strength. The flavor lasts quite a while on this one, up to almost 50 minutes, which is impressive and solid for a nicotine pouch!

When it comes to nicotine pouches, there is no more highly regarded brand than VELO, or LYFT.
